Homestead Hospice is a Georgia-based company established by concerned healthcare professionals who believe the dying process should be one that is dignified, pain-free and as comfortable as possible so the “final journey” can be lived to the fullest.
We coordinate our care to involve the entire family. We offer counseling, spiritual support and access to our team of medical professionals. Our team will work with the patient and family through grief and loss using traditional and non-traditional therapies. Our care is tailored to each patient and takes into consideration emotional needs and physical requirements for both the patient and caregivers.
Our social workers are trained to work with the entire family in dealing with the issues during and after a loss (i.e. adjustment, self awareness, acceptance and grief). We offer our services for up to 13 months after the passing of a loved one and we are available 24/7 to help you get through your time of need.
Homestead Hospice & Palliative Care offers bereavement services, memorials and support groups. Please call us if your loved one needs help with “life’s most important journey”.
